There’s always a demand for good baristas and bartenders. Some of the top baristas have graduated from the Kenyan Barista Lab (Barista School) and have gone ahead to win awards at national level competitions.
Because of our international network, we have been able to place baristas at workplaces at home and abroad. Additionally, we conduct off-site training for baristas and bartenders – empowering baristas through training and skills development. Our training covers entry and professional barista levels (customer service and coffee station management is covered), latte art mastery, bartending & mixology.
Our team is supported by a Head Barista (a SCAE certified, dynamic professional with extensive experience in bar and roasting) who tirelessly work to create an ambience that is comfortable to relax in and unwind over the fragrant aroma of a finely brewed cup of coffee. We have a team of 8 Kenyan Barista Lab trained baristas and bartenders who are passionate individuals with notable success serving customers in fast paced and changing environments.
